How to remove the feet of Phenyx Pro’s receiver

To better fit your wireless microphone system into a rack case for a more professional setup, it is recommended to remove the feed on the bottom of the Phenyx Pro's receiver.

STEP ONE

Use a small (micro) screwdriver to pried out the center pin in the bottom of the feet without opening up the unit. After the pin is out the feet slide out easily. Please be careful not to break the plastic pin.

STEP TWO

Covered the holes with painter's tape to keep dust out.

STEP THREE

Fit your receiver into your rack space smoothly.

The PTU-1U microphone has a mute function, which can be switched between mute and unmute by short pressing the button. When the microphone is unmuted but the receiver shows mute, it means that the microphone has lost connection with the receiver. You can resynchronize the paired microphone to solve this problem.
