When will my package arrive?

The delivery time for the in-stock items is usually 2-6 business days, shipping method will be displayed as "Standard". If the items are out-of-stock, they need to be shipped from other overseas warehouses and the delivery time is usually 9-15 days. The shipping method will be displayed as "International".

For remote states, delivery time is expected to be longer than usual. 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

We do not offer expedited shipping for our orders. All orders will be shipped with standard shipping and the estimated delivery time will be shown on the checkout page. 

 

How can I track my order status? 

You can track your order status using our tracking portal.


When will my order ship?

We process your order as soon as we receive it. For business days, the handling time is 12-24 hours. 

 

Where do you ship?

We support shipping to most regions around the world. Currently, the United States/Canada/Australia/UK/France and Brazil support local shipping. Other regions and out-of-stock items are shipped from overseas warehouses.

Custom tax might apply when the shipping method is"International"The standard shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout.

***NOTE 1: For international orders, please leave valid phone numbers/email addresses in the order information section since the customs officials will need to contact the recipients in case there are customs taxes incurred. Please note that we will not offer refunds for orders that fail to deliver because the recipients are unreachable. 

 ***NOTE 2: All international orders will be shipped from our factory or partnership warehouses, and they will not include batteries with the system due to air control or dangerous goods policy. Thus, batteries would be missing in the package for those orders.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have a 12-hour window in which you may cancel or change your order. Please email us at support@phenyxpro.com to cancel/change it.

 

My order shipping address is wrong. Can I change it? 

If you enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us to change it within 12 hours otherwise the shipment will be processed automatically. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address that enter in the shipping detail but we will try our best to contact our carrier to help you resolve this.
