200 ft Wireless Range and 30mW RF Power

Solid RF Connection

Stronger Signal, Wider Coverage

UHF transmission forms the backbone of the PDP-M, keeping your signal rock-steady and latency low. Unlike 2.4GHz, which is crowded by everyday devices like microwaves, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi routers, UHF operates within dedicated frequency blocks and gives you the ability to switch frequencies when interference occurs.

30mW RF Power

A higher 30mW RF power further minimizes dropouts, mute issues, and dead spots, making sure your sound feed stays uninterrupted even in large spaces or interference-heavy environments.

200 ft Wireless Range

With coverage extending beyond 200 feet, you’re free to move around the stage — jump, run, connect with the crowd — and your mix stays locked in.

Long-Lasting Power

Never let your performance be cut short — the rechargeable transmitter and receiver keep you going. Delivering up to 4 hours of playtime, the system powers you through your entire set without interruption. Charging is painless with the included 2-in-1 cable. The transmitter and receiver can be powered at the same time, saving you time and effort. No need to manage multiple cables or wait for one to charge — just plug them in and you're good to go.

Interference-Free Operation

Designed to fight RF interference, the PDP-M offers 16 selectable channels, allowing you to switch quickly when interference shows up. Also, it supports one-to-many pairing for an expandable setup — perfect for bands who want everyone dialed into the same mix. From rehearsal rooms to festival stages, multiple receivers can ride the same signal, keeping the whole group in sync without extra fuss.

Live Performance

Enjoy reliable, high-fidelity monitoring that moves with you.

Rehearsal

Focus on every note and rhythm without distractions.

Customers said this wireless in-ear monitor delivers "excellent clarity" and "clean, dependable sound" with strong UHF range (160-200ft). Praised for easy setup, stereo capability, and 16-frequency flexibility. Battery life averages 4-7hrs. Some note audio dropouts and prefer upgraded earbuds. "Great value" at its price point for rehearsals and performances.

  • Sound quality is fantastic - sounds every bit as good as my much more expensive systems!
  • Clean, dependable sound with zero fuss. Great pro-quality system at a fair price.
  • Very good value for money. Audio quality is excellent, clear, and stable.

This system has been a pleasant surprise. The sound quality is very good—not quite what I’d call true hi-fi, but clean, clear, and more than good enough for monitoring. The noise floor is almost nonexistent, and any compression or transmission distortion is barely noticeable. What really stands out is the range; I can move around freely without worrying about dropouts. Setup is straightforward, and the pack itself is compact and easy to wear. I mostly use it in stereo mode, and it handles that really well. Battery life is excellent both in use and when sitting idle, and it recharges quickly, which I appreciate. Overall, it hits all the marks I need in an IEM system.

Setup was quick since everything needed is already in the box. The transmitter and receiver pair easily, and switching channels is just a matter of tapping the up/down buttons, no menus to dig through. The included adapters make it flexible to plug into different mixers, though I did find the transmitter a little bulky when connecting both XLRs in a tight rack.In use, the sound quality is strong for a compact system. The stereo monitoring makes a noticeable difference in separation, and the low-end response is fuller than I expected for something at this price point. I didn’t experience dropouts during practice, even when moving around the room, and the range is more than enough for small to mid-sized indoor spaces. It’s fine for outdoor sessions too, as long as you’re within typical stage distance and not dealing with heavy interference.Battery life lines up with the specs. I’ve been getting a full evening of use on one charge, and topping up through USB-C is convenient. The included earphones are usable for rehearsals, but serious performers may prefer their own device. There’s a mute function on the receiver, which is handy for quick breaks. It's a cost-effective way to get into wireless monitoring without overcomplicating the setup. It performs consistently and is easy to integrate into a band, church, or small-venue workflow.

Great Wireless IEM system. Very portable and easy to setup. Everything needed to connect to XLR, 1/4" or 3.5mm stereo jacks are included. I connect to an ME-1 Personal mixer with the 3.5mm stereo male to XLR female adapter. Stereo sound in a quick connection. One charging cable handles both the transmitter and receiver. A carrying pouch is included to store and transport the pieces. Great system for the price.

Excellent for what I wanted, wire free personal monitor for quiet rehearsal/practice and this fills the bill. Combined with my other PA and amp gear it adds a lot of freedom of movement and the ability to ditch floor monitors. I already use wireless guitar and mic systems, this completes the wireless capability perfectly. Lots of versatility in adding more receivers. Multiple frequencies to bypass interference. Stereo capable if you have that source on your board. Long charge life. Use the included earbuds or plug in your own headset or buds. You could even plug in your own wireless earbud transmitter to the belt unit. I like using my studio grade headset for practice. Easy to charge and use, intuitive controls, simple. Good value for the functionality. Solid, well made feel, likely to survive a while.

Almost perfect - If this could be powered by the USB-C connection (instead of relying on battery life), it would be perfect. Otherwise, this is great!

If you're a performer or otherwise using a microphone in front of a group of people you need a monitor. This allows you to accurately hear the same thing the audience hears. They're not just for entertainers--my wife is a yoga instructor and she does classes via livestreaming and on demand videos. She wears a monitor to hear herself and I wear a monitor when I help her record so I know what she's hearing.I recently ordered this system as an upgraded after deciding that low end monitors just weren't worth it. This system is easy to set up and use, functional enough to serve just about any use case and never suffers from dropouts or interference. Battery life is surprisingly good for such a full featured system--you can go up to four hours on a single charge which is typically more than enough time to finish the project you're recording.Well worth the investment to have a professional quality monitoring system. Comes with a ton of accessories including charging cables, adapters, earphones plus a transmitter and receiver. They all fit into a leather storage pouch and there's even a physical printed user manual. Solid system that you'll use for years. Recommended!

I was very excited to see the PDP-M after watching some videos, so I decided to order it. The sound quality of the unit is fantastic - it sounds every bit as good as my other, much more expensive in-ear monitoring systems!

Using this with my garage band has been pretty straightforward: I run a stereo mix from our small digital mixer into the transmitter, then clip the metal beltpack to my jeans and plug in my own earbuds. The 900 MHz wireless seems to stay clear in my crowded basement, and the 16 channels give enough options that I haven’t hit any interference with our Wi?Fi or other gear. I'd like a more positionable antenna but really haven't had much issue with it.Sound is clean and detailed for vocals and guitar, and switching between mono and stereo is just a matter of how it’s wired, no menu diving. Battery life is fine for a long rehearsal, but I’ve gotten in the habit of topping it off with the USB?C cable before we start. The included earbuds are usable, but once I swapped to a better pair the low end and comfort improved a lot, which makes this feel closer to a more expensive setup.

This IEM system delivers clean, dependable sound with zero fuss. The wireless range feels generous, the stereo monitoring is sharp, and switching through the 16 frequencies is effortless. The transmitter and beltpack are solid, reliable, and perfect for rehearsals or live shows. Great pro-quality system at a fair price.

.Full disclosure that I am an old school wedge and foldback era guy who still goes kicking and screaming into the in ear monitor world. Even so, this unit earns some respect right away.Once a venue gets a taste of "no amps on stage", they will never go back. The casinos have all pretty much converted over and I know the roadies love them to not have to lug around monitor cabinets. So I'm searching and like this unit. The signal stays clean at the first test. I walk about forty feet with no hint of latency that I can detect. The stereo option opens up the field nicely. Using the adapter gives me a wider sense of space that feels closer to a real performance environment. The 24 bit digital path delivers a crisp result. The detail comes through in a way that lets me track dynamics without fighting the mix.The UHF transmission holds steady. No dropouts or odd noises when I move around the room. The battery life handles a rehearsal block without dipping low. Charging both pieces at once through the dual cable keeps things simple. This system shows how far in ear monitoring has come. Light, stable, and remarkably clear, it gives me a modern tool that performs beyond my expectations. I'm kicking and screaming less now about IEM.

I have been using this wireless in-ear monitoring system in both rehearsal and live performance settings, and it has proven to be a reliable and effective solution for professional audio monitoring. The system's ability to deliver pristine digital audio—supported by a 24-bit, 48kHz digital signal path—ensures exceptional clarity and dynamic range, allowing me to accurately monitor every detail of the mix without distortion or loss of fidelity. The flexibility to switch between mono and stereo monitoring is particularly valuable. By utilizing the included 3.5mm to XLR adapter, I am able to achieve true stereo imaging, which significantly enhances spatial awareness and precise instrument localization—essential for maintaining performance accuracy during complex arrangements.Transmission performance has been consistently dependable. Operating on a UHF 900MHz frequency-hopping circuit with 16 selectable frequencies and 30mW output power, the system maintains a stable connection over a range of 160–200 feet, even in environments with moderate interference. Frequency switching is straightforward and effective, allowing me to quickly resolve any potential issues and maintain uninterrupted monitoring. The system's scalability is another key strength. A single transmitter can support multiple receivers, making it practical for small ensembles, worship teams, or monitor mixes involving several performers. Battery life provides approximately four hours of continuous operation, which has been sufficient for most performances and rehearsals, and the included Type-C dual charging cable simplifies maintaining power for both the transmitter and receiver. The accessory package further enhances the system's practicality. The provided adapters ensure compatibility with a wide range of professional equipment, while the included earphones and leather storage pouch facilitate easy transport and setup. Overall, this wireless in-ear monitor system delivers the essential qualities—reliable tr.

iem works great. Included earbuds can be upgraded to handle lower frequencies better but as a whole this product is well worth the money. Range is also pretty stellar for smaller stages! Phenyx Pro is always making better and better products.

Customer Review

This system provided a very clear mix of multiple instruments and was easily distinguishable between mono and stereo while testing. Changing frequency channels was easy, and switching to a clean signal resolved minor interference in a busy venue. The sound quality of this system met expectations, maintaining all of the detail and dynamic range of the original recordings, even when I walked all the way to the far side of the stage. Battery life seems average, but it is very easy to charge both the transmitter and receiver between uses. Functions as expected for the price point. Not top of the line, not bottom. Right in between.

Having evaluated the Phenyx Pro wireless in-ear monitor system, I'm genuinely impressed with its capabilities, particularly at this price point. What truly stands out is the system's flexibility; while the included IEMs are fine, the seamless ability to swap in my custom in-ear monitors has significantly enhanced my listening experience, making it feel like a more premium setup. The wireless performance is robust, consistently providing a clear, stable connection. I've found the range to be excellent, easily covering the typical stages or studio environments I encounter. Battery life also holds up well, delivering sustained usage after a convenient USB-C charge. The belt pack is lightweight, unintrusive, and its controls are intuitive to navigate.Ultimately, this system offers a compelling balance of portability, reliability, and the crucial option to tailor your sound with preferred in-ear monitors. It's a smart choice for anyone seeking professional monitoring without an exorbitant outlay, feeling ready for a variety of performance scenarios.

This is excellent, and the best thing about it is that it operates at 900Mhz rather than relying on Wifi, which is often a problem when performing in venues with lots of interference. It's very compact, lightweight and a piece of cake to use, with channel hopping available straight from the TX and RX to ensure the strongest signal. I'm no expert with this kind of device but I'd say this represents very good value for money for what you get.If I had one criticism, and it's very minor, it's that the TX battery life is just 4 hours while the RX will keep going for 7 hours. I wouldn't have minded at all if Phenyx had to make the TX just a little larger to accommodate a battery that could match the TX, but I guess 4 hours is more than enough for most gigs. Might be a bit of a challenge during a day long practice session, though.

A
Ada

The range is impressive, I was able to move across the sanctuary, backstage, and even down hallways without the signal cutting out. The audio is crisp, clear, and smooth, with zero hissing or popping. The beltpack feels sturdy but lightweight, and the transmitter sits securely without heating up. What I appreciate the most is how simple the setup is. Once the frequency is locked in, I don’t have to fight with the controls. Whether I’m listening to vocals, instrument layers, or monitoring sound cues, this system keeps everything clean and balanced. For performances, practices, or stage work, it makes me feel more confident because I can finally hear myself accurately.

I’ve previously tried other compact IEM transmitter / receivers from other brands and haven’t had much luck. The frequencies they generally offer out you right in with 2.4ghz and 5ghz WiFi, which is major issue if you’re in a congested area - which, as entertainers, we ALWAYS are.On those units you get maybe 4 channels to switch to, giving you options but not enough when you’re in a large band on IEM’s and everyone has the same (popular) brand. Face it, most musicians don’t look at frequency info when buying wireless systems. So most end up with the same frequencies. The Phenyx Pro PDP-M runs on the 900mhz bandwidth, which is generally wide open so your chances of having interference is small.Add to this, the amount of selectable channels (16!!!!) allow for everyone in a large band to have their own system without crossing channels! These are I think the first budget IEM’s I’ve seen with digital transmission, which sounds incredible - I mean, REALLLLY good. When setting up on a stage with other 90mhz IEM systems (Phenyx Pro PTM33) I did experience a few dropouts until I found a clean channel, instead of (startling) static like analog IEM’s, You hear a digital “warble”. This is so much better than the loud white noise interference you get on analog IEM’s.As soon as I found a clear channel, I went walking and was able to go about 150 feet with no issues. (Exact Frequency info is in the manual, definitely cross reference this when you’re with others using 900mhz wireless).Mono OR Stereo:So, instead of getting a single transmitter unit and being stuck with a mono mix Phenyx give you an “aux in” on the side of the transmitter, along with an XLR-1/8” connector to go out of a second output and into the transmitter for a STEREO mix!You don’t even have to change any settings, just plug in and go. Suuuuper easy! The Receiver (Bodypack) is metal (!) and very small, much smaller than other packs I’ve tried (Sennheiser, Shure, and even other Phenyx Pro packs). There’s a volume knob.

The Phenyx Pro UHF Wireless In-Ear Monitor System (PDP-M) is a very good value for money, especially at $199.99. The audio quality is excellent, clear, and stable, and the system is incredibly easy to set up. The transmitter and beltpack receiver feel professional and durable, and the build quality gives confidence for studio use, live performances, bands, or rehearsals.I like the range, the 16 available frequencies, and how reliable the connection is even when moving around. Everything operates smoothly, and the controls are straightforward. For under $200, this system is hard to beat in terms of features, sound quality, and overall performance. Based on my very positive experiences with it, I highly recommend this product.

The Phenyx Pro UHF Wireless In-Ear Monitor System punches way above its price range. The transmitter feels solid, the receiver is lightweight, and the signal stays clean even across a crowded room. The included accessories make it easy to get set up quickly.I tested it during a band rehearsal, walking about halfway across the venue while monitoring vocals, and it never dropped out once. The stereo mix was crisp and balanced, with no noticeable latency. Adjusting frequencies was simple, and the build feels reliable enough for weekly use. It’s a professional-level system for musicians or performers who want wireless freedom without the boutique price tag.
