We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our email and we will be glad to help you with the refund process.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or submit a case through Technical Support with your order number and the reason for return (Any products shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.).
- We email you back instructions for returning and a Return Authorization Number.
- Ship your unused product in its own original package with all materials to the address identified in our email.
- We will notify you via email when we receive your return product and your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
- Note: Return shipping fee is covered by Phenyx Pro only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
- Please be sure to use the original box and the shipping carton to ship the item back.
- Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number before ship the product back to us. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to customer at his or her expense.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. If you are shipping an item over $150, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
No Exchange Allowed.
Please return your product for refund or replacement if it does not work for you. If you need an exchange, you would need to return and re-order.
12-Month Limited Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
After the 30 days return window, customer can only return for a replacement if there are quality issues with the product within one year warranty period.
Please email us for troubleshooting or replacement service for discontinuous/defective parts. It can take up to 7-10 days for us to send out the replacement if we have the item in stock. For out of stock item, it can take up to 20-30 days.
