PCBL-4IN1 | Cable Snake XLR de 4 Canales (3FT/6FT/10FT)

The Phenyx Pro 4 channel Xlr is a solid snake cable with excellent construction. The cable itself is robust, and seems like it will last a long time. Opening the Xlr connectors reveals well soldered connection points, and the included channel number clips make hookup a breeze. In my own testing, the cables provided clean signal to the mixer without any loose connection/crackling while wiggling the cables. I highly recommend this cable!

It's a cable, it does it's job.

Good cable, No problem

This is a great snake cable. No issues so far and I love that they cables are color coated in addition to having small numbered label clips that you can from one cable to another for easily identifying which cable goes to which mic. No complaints whatsoever.

It really makes set up quick and easy.

This has saved me so much time in setup! No more long and tangled cords

The quality is good, works great with my 4 rack mounted wireless mic receivers.

Quality is very good for the price

Great product

Love these. They work great! Very happy with them.

So far working great Quality very god and the price is great.

I like the idea of a small snake for things like wireless products, it cleans up the wires laying around for band members tripping over.

Just got another batch of cables from Phenyx pro; once again, I haven't found any duds in the first pass, and everything seems to be of acceptable quality. To be fair, I haven't tried (and likely won't try) to analyze the signal contents on a fine level, nor have I assembled any long cable runs to test the shielding / signal quality over distance. In my experience, as long as it's a low-maintenance type of situation then pretty much any audio cables found on Phenyx pro are worth a shot.

Assembly isn't terrible, but I wouldn't go bragging about it. About a third of the soldering is what I would consider "marginal", and for a few of the connections I would not trust it without re-working them first. I don't think the internal strain relief clamps are sized correctly for the cable used. Taking the shells off shows that the teeth are only just barely gripping the jackets at their tips, with no indentations showing that the rest of the teeth are holding tightly. I haven't taken off more stars because the connectors feel acceptable and after fixing the connections and adding some heatshrink under the clamps, it should work well.

Product: Phenyx Pro 4 Channel XLR Cable, 3Ft XLR Snake Cable, Balanced Microphone Cable, ~$27.The Good: XLR snakes are often used to be able to detach things quickly, but they are also useful for tidy wiring. The last part is what this snake should be used for. Seems to be competently soldered and is repairable. Product appears to be high quality with lots of attention to detail. The Bad: Connectors housings are thin, and will crush under any weight. This can be used for static installations, but not where the connectors could be exposed to any abuse. They will not survive it. I don't have faith the strain relief will be effective, as the inner plastic is too pliable to grab the wire properly. These connectors are not professional. Conclusion: Not for live or field use, but studio connections should work fine. Rating was on border of 3/5 for connector quality, but good craftsmanship and attention to design detail pushed it to a 4/5. If not subject to roadies throwing things around, should be a great value. Otherwise, pass for any live use.

I used this snake to hook an API 3124 to an XLR patch bay. It sounds as good as it did when using a Mogami to DB25 cable, so I can't complain.I use this in a 'plug-in and do not-touch' type of setup, and it's performed flawlessly. I can't vouch for quality if it's constantly being plugged and unplugged, but it seems like it would be fine.It is much nicer than brand H, which is also more expensive.

I recently got my hands on the Phenyx Pro 4 Channel XLR Cable through the Phenyx pro Vine Program, and I must say, it's a remarkable piece of equipment. This 10ft XLR snake cable, designed for balanced microphone usage, is a testament to quality and durability.Right off the bat, the build quality of this cable is notable. It's crafted from high-quality materials, ensuring both reliability and longevity. The solder connections are meticulously done, leaving no room for concern about their stability or performance. In addition, the aluminum XLR connectors and hardware are of decent quality, complementing the overall sturdiness of the cable. The cable jacket, an important aspect of any durable cable, is impressively well-made. It feels robust, suggesting it will withstand regular use over a long period. This durability, combined with the 10ft length, makes the cable exceptionally useful for a variety of audio setups. While I have no significant complaints, the color-coding and numbering of the cables are somewhat non-standard. However, this minor issue is smartly addressed with small numbered plastic clips on each wire end. These clips, which designate numbers, seem far more durable and lasting than printed stickers, often used in other cables. In summary, the Phenyx Pro 4 Channel XLR Cable is a solid choice for anyone in need of a reliable, well-made XLR snake cable. Its careful construction and thoughtful design details make it a worthwhile investment for both professional and amateur audio setups. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are evident, and I believe it will serve its purpose excellently for a long time.

I needed this for a bi-amped PA system to connect an active crossover to the power amps. This does the trick and offers a clean, noiseless sound. It's a great product at a good price!
