The delivery time for the in-stock items is usually 2-6 business days, shipping method will be displayed as "Standard". For remote states, delivery time is expected to be longer than usual.

Our Warranty to you:

Phenyx Technology (“Phenyx”) warrants Phenyx Pro products against evident defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase for use. This warranty applies only to the original owner*. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, Phenyx will send out replacements for discontinuous/defective parts. Performance of replacements under this Warranty is subject to registration of your product. Please find the product serial number at the back of the wireless system receiver or the back of the product manual, and provide this information to us when warranty service is needed.

Product failures not covered by this warranty:

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of reasonable care, extreme heat, cold, damage due to natural forces, or corrosive environments. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear on covers, housing, connectors, and accessories.

Limits of liability:

If your Phenyx Pro product fails or does not perform as warranted, your sole recourse shall be to replace it as described above. Phenyx will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product. IN NO EVENT PHENYX SHALL BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, NOT TO EXCEED THE CURRENT LIST PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

I’m able to set this to my ptu7000 frequency on any one of my channels?

Dear customer, thanks for asking. Yes, The PTU-7000 is a selectable frequency system so they can be used interchangeably as long as the transmitters are in the same frequency as the receiver. Just need to make sure the handheld mic LCD screen shows up the same frequency group as the receiver LCD display does.

Microphone works great. I have 2 of their PTU-7000 systems and 1 PTU-71 with a mix of belt packs and Handhelds. Sometimes I need more handhelds than others so I bought an extra so I can program the systems to fit my needs. They sound great, program easy, and are durable. They have given me absolutely no problems, and I've run 10 units at the same time. And these systems don't break the bank. I was real happy I discovered these systems.

I purchased this as a companion to the Phenyx Pro Wireless Microphone System PTU-71-1H1B since it came with only one handheld microphone. We use these handheld microphones for our karaoke system and it really sounds great. I use a rechargeable 2500mAh battery and lasts for about 7 hours of continuous use.

I have been using this system for almost 8 years or more. I have never had a problem with this system, and the sound quality that you get from this system, I am always surprised because the sound is very professional. I have used this system inside in a small setting and outside in a big setting. I would recommend this system to anyone that is starting out, or maybe any church that is on a budget. But I believe it can be used for bigger venues, but it would be up to you after you try this product.

Sent email to their tech support ... and they referred me to YouTube!Too late, I had already checked out YouTube and there it was, before tech support replied the next day.Thank god for YouTube video....
