These microphones sound really good, they are very easy to set up and they are super light weight. I love the look of the sleek black color. They work well.

Everything is fairly fine here except there isn’t as much output as I think it should warrant without needing to use extra gain on a soundboard to make it come up to level. So not as powerful as it should be. Strange enough, the Monitor Out is more powerful than the balanced outputs. Hm. Monitor out doubles as the mute of course.Unit is made from very good materials, rack metal is very sturdy. Pickup is very clean and clear audio. Low weight and nice rack mount fittings and screws. Overall easy to use. See my video.The “volume/lock” button doesn’t lock the volume, it locks the signal frequency in place, small deal there. I like the separate antenna for dealing with the frequency only as separate from the audio signals. Haven’t seen that yet in a receiver.

Even in a venue with several walls separating the microphones from the receiver, I couldn't find a dead zone or experience a single dropout. It feels tailor-made for those who move between small and large venues and need gear that can be easily customized when the environment gets tricky. I highly recommend this system for its versatility and dependable performance.
I've been seeing videos on Phenyx Pro and it's products for a while now. Everyone has had good things to say considering the price range these products retail for. I decided to finally give it a shot and bought this set on Kickstarter and I was VERY surprised once I got these. I'm used to Shure and Sennheiser mics (low budget and expensive) and haven't been happy with their lower-budget offerings. A lot of them are made out of plastic and feel very lightweight, but the moment I held one of these it instantly felt solid. Having a body made out of metal at this price range is foreign to me. The fact that the capsule is removable (again, at this price range) is not something I was expecting. That was a very good first impression.
In terms of signal and sound the verdict is still out there. What I can say is that the automatic scanning feature is pretty good. Not having to manually scan and find a proper frequency every time we use it is such a time-saver. Again, this is not something that usually comes at this price range. I still haven't used these live but we did use them for rehearsal and they sounded clear. The talkback function sounds very useful for our case (small church with a small team) and i look forward to actually using it and seeing how it can help us.
Phenyx Pro has definitely won me over as a client and i'm sure I'll be purchasing more of their products in the future after feeling good about these mics and their quality. Again.. I was not expecting this at this price level. Good job!
This is an awesome addition to the Phenyx line up. Far better than the other PTUs. The whole set looks very premium. High in quality and well made. Its cabinet/rack mountable and the setup is a breeze. The sound was really crisp and clear and raises the bar to some of the expensive ones out there. We had set this up on a space where the ceiling speakers where very low and was having very bad feedback with Phenyx PTU and even a Sennheiser lapel mic, but this one didn't have any feedback or whatsoever.Gives a very good range on open spaces, with the antennas that it comes with. We did use external antennas as we had to use the mic in a place far from the unit. Came with batteries to start you off. Also comes with other accessories like 1/4" audio cable, and anti slip rings. The handheld mics with the battery is a comfortable weight for prolonged use in your hand.One other feature is the talkback function, in which you can easily communicate with your background team for issues or other communications, which you don't wan t the general audience to hear. Overall, this is an awesome upgrade to your traditional Phenyx PTUs. Will definitely buy more of them to upgrade the existing ones.

If you need a dual wireless microphone system that is simple to setup and features deluxe, this is it. This system has fast and easy setup, scanning the surroundings for unused frequencies and then a quick sync with the wireless mics. It also has a talkback feature that most systems at this price do not offer. If a user needs to talk to FOH, they short press the power button to turn on the talkback feature on the receiver. The receiver can have a headphone, powered speaker to other similar connection to listen. This is great when hand signals can't do the job. Another feature is a removeable capsule. This signifies that future capsules with different pickup patterns are possible. If the capsule does get damaged it can be easily replaced. Sound quality is great, no issues with reception, interference or dropouts.

I love these mics. And all the other products I’ve purchased over the years. Phenyx Pro has the most budget friendly top tier products in the industry. I don’t understand how you guys do it at such an affordable price but please keep producing top products at these prices and I’m planning to be a customer for life. Thanks

Great microphone system! The PTI-2 is a great 2 microphone system. We added this to a 4 microphone system for our karaoke business. We have tried adding other brand systems but they have always had interference issues. We were a little skeptical that this would be the one After figuring out a few hiccups we have these dialed in and they are great. My biggest tip is to turn on all of your receivers and mics from other systems before turning on the pti2 so that it finds the best channel possible. We also learned that we had a locked mic that wouldn't turn off or search for open channels. There is a tiny switch under the battery cover that we must have flipped on accident while changing batteries. We couldn't find that info in the instructions but customer support from Phenyx Pro got back to us within 24 hours. The 4 stars is for that reason and because the antenna relocation holes in the front are not drilled out big enough so I will have to modify it myself to fit in my rack. I still give these mics a very high rating even with the minor flaw.
Phenyx Pro continues to wow me every time. I used these a dj event I had and the sound is remarkable. Crisp clean sound and I only used a 3 way eq on them. I can only imagine when I plug these babies in my X32 what it will do! I’ll never used a different microphone system ever! I’m a believer for life!!!!
