The delivery time for the in-stock items is usually 2-6 business days, shipping method will be displayed as "Standard". If the items are out-of-stock, they need to be shipped from other overseas warehouses and the delivery time is usually 9-15 days. The shipping method will be displayed as "International".

For remote states, delivery time is expected to be longer than usual.

Our Warranty to you:

Phenyx Technology (“Phenyx”) warrants Phenyx Pro products against evident defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase for use. This warranty applies only to the original owner*. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, Phenyx will send out replacements for discontinuous/defective parts. Performance of replacements under this Warranty is subject to registration of your product. Please find the product serial number at the back of the wireless system receiver or the back of the product manual, and provide this information to us when warranty service is needed.

Product failures not covered by this warranty:

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of reasonable care, extreme heat, cold, damage due to natural forces, or corrosive environments. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear on covers, housing, connectors, and accessories.

Limits of liability:

If your Phenyx Pro product fails or does not perform as warranted, your sole recourse shall be to replace it as described above. Phenyx will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product. IN NO EVENT PHENYX SHALL BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, NOT TO EXCEED THE CURRENT LIST PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

We paired this microphone system with our Bose portable sound system. Easy integration. Allows the techs to set and control individual levels for speakers and singers. We may get a larger capacity system (4 mics) next year to have more mics available. Excellent quality for the price.

Was not working had to carry it for them to connect two wires inside

It ok but need more colors than black. Maybe some red or pink 1s be so awesome.

Process quick and easy

The headset is quite large. Not sure if I'm going to return it yet, but the piece that hooks over the ear rests on my cheekbone.

I purchased this for a phenix headset. The lapel microphone had a short in it and was not working, so it needed to be replaced. I was very pleased at the reasonable cost. It works perfectly. We were very glad to find a replacement.

Connection was simple and the sound quality is top notch with my x32 producer mixer. Will recommend this to everyone!
