When will my order ship?

We process your order as soon as we receive it. For business days, the handling time is 12-24 hours. 

When will my package arrive?

The delivery time for the in-stock items is usually 2-6 business days, shipping method will be displayed as "Standard". If the items are out-of-stock, they need to be shipped from other overseas warehouses and the delivery time is usually 9-15 days. The shipping method will be displayed as "International".

For remote states, delivery time is expected to be longer than usual. 

During peak seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, high order volumes and carrier backlog may result in deliveries being delayed by an additional 2-3 business days compared to normal processing times.

Order Changes & Cancellation

After placing an order, you have a 12-hour window in which you may cancel or change your order. Please email us at support@phenyxpro.com to cancel/change it.

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the order date, if the item is brand new in its original package.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and include all packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Our Warranty to you:

Phenyx Technology (“Phenyx”) warrants Phenyx Pro products against evident defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase for use. This warranty applies only to the original owner*. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, Phenyx will send out replacements for discontinuous/defective parts. Performance of replacements under this Warranty is subject to registration of your product. Please find the product serial number at the back of the wireless system receiver or the back of the product manual, and provide this information to us when warranty service is needed.

Product failures not covered by this warranty:

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of reasonable care, extreme heat, cold, damage due to natural forces, or corrosive environments. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear on covers, housing, connectors, and accessories.

Limits of liability:

If your Phenyx Pro product fails or does not perform as warranted, your sole recourse shall be to replace it as described above. Phenyx will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product. IN NO EVENT PHENYX SHALL BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, NOT TO EXCEED THE CURRENT LIST PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
