30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Items in the Original Package
We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Items not returned in the condition described above will be subject to restocking fees, 10%-30% of the purchase price, depending on the specific condition, or even refusal of the return.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our email and we will be glad to help you with the refund process.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our email support@phenyxpro.com with your order number and the reason for return (Any products shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.).
- We email you back instructions for returning and a Return Authorization Number.
- Ship your unused product in its own original package with all materials to the address identified in our email.
- We will notify you via email when we receive your return product and your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
- Note: Return shipping fee is covered by Phenyx Pro only if returns are for defective products, or products that were not described accurately.
Return Terms
- Please be sure to use the original box and the shipping carton to ship the item back.
- Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before shipping the product back to us. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
- In cases other than metioned above, customers are responsible for shipping the products back to us. If you are shipping an item over $150, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges unless it is due to defective products or errors on our part; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, you will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
How long does it take to receive the refund?
Once our warehouse receives the package and confirms the product condition, we will issue the refund to your original payment method, which will take 10-14 business days to show up on your account. When the refund is issued, we will send a confirmation email to the email address on file with the order.
No Exchange Allowed.
Please return your product for a refund or a replacement if it does not work for you. If you need an exchange, you would need to return and re-order.
12-Month Limited Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
After the 30 days return window, no refund will be granted. Customers can only return for a replacement if there are quality issues with the product within one year warranty period.
