When will my package arrive?

For orders within the U.S, the delivery time for the in-stock items is usually 2-6 business day. If the items are out-of-stock, they need to be shipped from other overseas warehouses and the delivery time is usually 10-15 days.

For remote states (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), delivery time is expected to be longer than usual. 

For orders outside of the U.S, they will be shipped from our partnered oversears warehouses and the delivery time is usually 10-15 business days or more. Please check the estimated delivery time shown on the checkout page. 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

We do not offer expedited shipping for our orders. All orders will be shipped with standard shipping and the estmated delivery time will be shown on the checkout page. 

 

How can I track my order status? 

You can track your order status using our tracking portal.

When will my order ship?

We process your order as soon as we receive it. For in-stock items, the handling time is 24-48 hours. 

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to selected destinations in North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.

Custom tax might apply when the shipping method is"International"The standard shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout.

***NOTE 1: For international orders, please leave valid phone numbers/email addresses in the order information section since the customs officials will need to contact the recipients in case there are customs taxes incurred. Please note that we will not offer refunds for orders that fail to deliver because the recipients are unreachable. 

 ***NOTE 2: All international orders will be shipped from our factory or partnership warehouses, and they would not include batteries with the system due to air control or dangerous good policy. Thus, batteries would be missing in the package for those orders.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

After placing an order, you have a 6-hour window in which you may cancel or change your order. Please email us at support@phenyxpro.com to cancel/change it.

 

My order shipping address is wrong. Can I change it? 

If you enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us to change it within 6 hour otherwise the shipment will be processed automatically. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address that entered in the shipping detail but we will try our best to contact our carrier to help you resolve this.
