Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. 

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our email and we will be glad to help you with the refund process.

A: Please email us at support@phenyxpro.com with your order number for verification and if possible, include a short video clip demonstrating the issue, which will make it easier for us to find out the root cause. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
