Arrived defective as the front panel bended probably shipping issue, I requested for replacement and the replacement arrived within 1 day, this microphone is nicely build and works great, the downside is the fixed frequency I though that the frequency is unique to every set of this microphone but when the replacement they have both the same frequency, so you might think that buying two set of this mic will give you 8 mic but that is wrong because these mics will be fighting with the frequency and you will get cracking and hizzing on the audio, another thing is that the common output is weak so you need to use the individual XLR output as they are more high gain output
I got these mics for church. They came packed in 3 layers of boxes wich made me suspicious. When I opened the boxes the mics and receiver had finger marks on them and were not in bags, parts were mising so I returned it. The second set came and it was nicely packed. Mics are solid and sound decent considering the price, had no problem with signal and were easy to set up. I attached pictures of both sets so you can see the difference.

Sound quality is actually totally fine, plenty good for my small mobile Karaoke business. I took stars off because the advertised “LCD Screens” on the microphones and receiver are fake and give no relevant information other then turning red when the battery gets low. They are just back lit stickers as you can see in the photos. The microphones are also strangely heavy. I assume they put weights in them to make them feel more high quality. Just wanted to make people aware so they aren’t misled. I would have preferred just a red or green indicator light to a fake useless “screen”.

I have waited a few months to review these, because I wanted to see if they actually lasted. I am in a working band. We play one or two nights every weekend. Our gigs are 3-4 hours in length. These mics have been great! They sound great. The range is as good as we need for small to medium stages/clubs. The batteries last 4-5 gigs and warn us before just crapping out, so we have never had a problem in the middle of a song. While we try not to drop our mics, we have and have lost a mic yet. They run on two AA batteries and are quick and easy to change, but a small tool (I use a keychain bottle opener) will be helpful.The only negative is that the antennas on the system (which I have in a rack case) broke off rather easily. That did not seem to bother the quality or range though. Also, the power module cracked open when I dropped it once. I just taped it up and kept going. All-in-all I have been very happy with this system. I would recommend it highly and I would buy it again.
We host karaoke and work as event DJs at multiple locations. I have now purchased this microphone system 5 times to cover all our locations. They have worked exceptionally well with good pickup and clean signal. They have an exceptional range from the receiver and work well in large venues where performers/MCs like to roam around. We have certainly had circumstances where mics have failed when dropped (as a karaoke host, it should be expected microphones will be dropped or, in my case, someone thinking mic drops is a cool thing to do) and over the years I have had to replace 4 microphones. What is nice is you can order the individual specific frequency replacement microphones. Highly recommend.

A friend bought these for us. We use them for karaoke at our home. These mics a rock solid all metal construction. They work great. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend. Keep in mind there fixed frequency.
Rately used...for special gatherings as karaoke mics...1 mic died 6 months after purchased. Now 2025...all 4 mics completely dead and no longer connecting. System uselss. All mics dead. Shopping for new ones. You get what you pay for.

have had the PTU-5000 2 mics for a while now and pretty good I must say - I use this for Karaoke and has never let down - the mics are very solid and robust - Only drama I have had is my power supply started coming apart exposing the wires from the plug in end - great proce and quality - I have ordered another one but with 4 mics
