The absolute BEST mic set for the money!I use these 4 nights a week for karaoke. I have never had them skip a beat. Never had connectivity issues. They are made of solid metal and I can go many nights before having to change out batteries (I use rechargable batteries).The wireless mics/headsets are awesome - used them at 2 weddings and they were fantastic.You will not find a better value.

We bought this for use for our Church Services. We combined it with a camera and it works really well. The lapel mics have much better sound than the handheld. But, it has been a great system overall.

This unit is great for church sound system. 2 handheld mics for vocals and 2 head mics for pastors. Great performance
Used at a company offsite to improve our AV. Very easy to set up and run. I connected the unit to a powered speaker and folks could hear all the presenters. Headset mic and handheld gave better results than the lavalier for us. Only item I didn't realize was that the mics were "dedicated" to the channel - so the handhelds work on channels 3 and 4 and the battery packs connect to channels 1 and 2. This is not a problem...i just didn't realize it when I made the purchase.
I bought it for a small church. We had single wireless mikes and sometimes they interfered with each other and created problems. This solved that problem. The only problem I have seen so far is feedback. For the price, this is a good wireless mike system.
This set is amazing! I have had it for around 2 years and works the same way it did when I first took it out the box. I have it connected to a mixer board, and it works amazing! Like normal, dont expect to sing into the body packs because they dont sound the greatest when singing, make sure to use the mics. But the body packs work very good when speaking.
There is no "gain" adjustment on the hand-held mikes. You had to hold them almost against your mouth to get enough voice thru-put (not acceptable for our application to use for meeting attendee comments).The lapel mikes did not pick up voice well when clipped on shirt or lapel; needed to hand hold up to mouth.Same for the head clip mikes.Sound in general seemed muffled.I sent it back.
I bought this set to use at a wedding reception and the clarity, volume, and lack of feedback are excellent. Yes you can't change the frequency/channel it is preprogrammed with and the power button is under the cover for the microphone, but it was better than my Shure microphone.
Overall, for the price and what is offered, it seems like a good deal to me, however, it cannot be possible that one of the flap terminals arrives damaged...
I had the PWR-5000. The mikes were good but the frequency are FIXED, and you can't change them. So, if you buy 2 or more, you will get the same frequency which is crazy. If you purchased four units, you get many mikes, but they'll use the same frequency. I sent it back and purchased XTUGA which has adjustable frequency.

The set have mixed goods and bads, keep in mind that if you're buying a fixed frequency set, it may have interference in certain spots or certain electronics that will make these good mics a bad set and that was my reason for returning this set. The handheld mics have lower gain than the wired transmitter but sound its about ok for home karaoke and small events. Make note that the "lcd's" are not really screens or anything more than a plastic film with a light in the back, it is not an lcd so you don't know the battery charge. YMMV but for small events and home karaoke they are a good set.
I bought this for our church after our wireless microphone stopped working. We have been using this system for about three weeks now and everyone is happy with it's performance. It's an upgrade for us to have 2 wireless mics and 2 handheld mics as opposed to 1 wireless and 1 handheld before!

I love everything about this Phenyx wireless system for the price which I paid, and this is my 3rd system in past three years. Honestly, I don't know how is China is able to offer this.However, there is an ongoing issue with all of their over head mics. The Over head wireless mic TIP (THE END PART) DOES NOT STAY TOWARDS THE MOUTH, BUT RATHER TWISTS 180 DEGREE OR COMPLETELY OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM THE SOURCE OF SOUND, WHICH IS MOUTH. When this happens, the mic is facting away from your mouth, and the sound becomes muddy. In other words, one has to constantly twist if towards the mouth, and slowly, like in 45 minutes, it goes back to it's default position, which is180 degree away from source, your mouth. This is definitely a manufacturing issue. I have reported it on their website, but so far, no correction and my latest over head mic continues to have same issue. I hope they would resolve this soon and sell the stand alone spare parts like overhead mic pieces when they break.

I sent this to my Filipino church in Bohol, they love it, and they give me good reviews that the sound quality is coming out clearly. For a 200 dollar mic set, I'm surprised they're getting such good quality out of the headset microphone set up.
I’ve been using audio equipment for years. Needed something cheap for a last minute wedding. The range was farther than expected. Audio quality was clean and crisp. Fantastic audio equipment!
